United Engineers Limited (UEL) will be officially launching its 99-year leasehold condominium development, 8 Riversuites, on Saturday, 26 May 2012.
8 Riversuites offers buyers a range of layout options – 843 apartment units ranging from one bedroom to four bedroom units across four towers, as well as 19 strata terraces.
The development is conceptually designed by Japanese architect Miyake Masaki, which draws inspiration from the river, and features three zones – Water, Garden and Sky, each with its own distinctive facilities.
Residents can enjoy various amenities which include a floating gym, clubhouse, four themed sky terraces and two levels of landscaped decks with a series of swimming pools.
“8 Riversuites offers residents the best of both worlds: contemporary city living set in an area steeped in history. While providing all the conveniences of a city fringe location, 8 Riversuites is a sanctuary for the residents, with its nature-themed design, and views of the Sungei Whampoa,” said Jackson Yap, Managing Director and CEO of UEL.
“We have designed this development with the environment in mind – to provide a quality environment for the residents, as well as to minimise the impact on the surrounding environment,” he added.
8 Riversuites has been certified under the Active, Beautiful, Clean Waters programme by the
Public Utilities Board. The development has been awarded the BCA Green Mark Gold award in recognition of its use of energy efficient materials and systems.
The development is located along Bendemeer Road and Whampoa East, and just a 5-minute walk from the Boon Keng MRT station and the upcoming Bendemeer MRT station.
8 Riversuites is also close to reputable schools and institutions of higher learning including Cedar Primary School, CHIJ Primary and Secondary, St Andrew’s Village, St Joseph’s Institution International as well as the Stamford American International School.
Expected TOP (temporary occupation permit) is around 1Q2016.
