A2A Properties and Chestnut Hill Homes of Canada have launched their first and exclusive residential project – LIFE Condominiums.
A mid-rise condominium, LIFE has been designed by well-known Toronto architectural firm Quadrangle Architects and features 149 suites – many with oversized balconies and terraces. Suites include townhomes, one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom and two-bedroom + den, designs, starting from C$299,900.
Along with a lobby manned by a 24-hour concierge, LIFE’s amenity space will feature a fitness facility, a party room for social gatherings and a private boardroom ideal for meetings and study sessions.
LIFE Condominiums is situated in the heart of the city – well connected to everything that
Toronto has to offer. LIFE Condominiums is a short walk to the subway station, which connects to downtown Toronto in less than 10 minutes.
It is also in close proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment districts as well as universities and hospitals.
“This is a prime investment opportunity in one of the most stable countries in the world – Toronto, Canada,” said Darien Bradshaw, CBRE’s Executive Director, International Project Marketing, Asia.
Bradshaw said the housing market in Greater Toronto Area (GTA) carries on unfazed by the economic weakness and uncertainty afflicting much of the world.
Building Industry and Land Developments stated in September 2011 “the booming GTA housing market is now receiving global attention. The Wall Street Journal places Toronto in the same stratosphere as London, Sydney, Vancouver and Miami.”
In terms of overseas investment, the Toronto Star quoted in February earlier this year: “foreign investors looking to the relative safe haven of Canada have also piled into the condo market. Many of the investors are from Asia and the Middle East.”
Life Condominiums will be sold at exhibitions in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur and
Singapore throughout the month of November. The exhibition in Singapore will be held
November 25-27 at The Regent, Cuscaden Room, L2.
