An overwhelming 200 of 300 units were snapped up during the preview launch of The Palette at Pasir Ris Grove last week.
The Palette is a joint venture residential development of City Developments Limited (CDL) and its joint venture partners, Hong Leong Holdings and Hong Realty.
The 99-year leasehold development comprises 892 residential units and has an average selling price of S$870 per square foot, with prices ranging from S$561,000 for a 495 sq ft one-bedroom unit on a low floor to S$1.8 million for a 2,217 sq ft penthouse.
The 12-block project has layouts ranging from one- (up to 700 sq ft) to four-bedroom units (up to 1,798 sq ft).
The Palette also features 10 penthouses, of which all four released units have been sold.
For phase 1 of the preview, CDL said a good selection of unit types was released. The Palette is adjoining Livia and NV Residences condominiums – both which were successfully sold earlier by CDL.
The site, located within walking distance of the Pasir Ris MRT Station, is close to The Japanese School, United World College of South-east Asia and Changi Business Park.
