SGX-listed developer Sim Lian Group has launched a new executive condominium project in Tampines Central 7.
The Tampines Trilliant is a 670-unit project located on site of an approximately 236,805 square feet. The 12-block development features three-bedroom, three plus utility, four-bedroom units and penthouses.
Home owners will appreciate the view of expansive greenery and easy access to the bustling Tampines commercial hub. Designed to create a relaxing environment, The Tampines Trilliant includes a lap pool, spa pool, mediation pool and a hydro gym. Residents can also enjoy a relaxing stroll along the botanical walk or an outdoor barbeque with the family.

Sim Lian said prices for the development start from S$682,000 for a three-bedroom unit, and from S$971,000 for a four-bedroom unit.
The Tampines Trilliant will open for application from Friday until next Tuesday (January 27 to 31). The booking date is on February 4.
The showroom, meanwhile, will be open between 10 am and 7 pm daily from 27 January 2012 and is located at Tampines Avenue 7.
The development is expected to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit in March 2015.
