Kingsford Development has won its bid for the residential site at Hillview Avenue in Singapore.

It earlier submitted the highest bid of about S$243.22 million for the 12,648.5-square metre site.

With a 99-year lease term, the land parcel has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 35,416 square metres and can potentially yield some 370 units.

Its tender was launched on January 19 and closed on March 6.

A total of seven bids were recorded at the close of the tender.
