Chan Fooi Peng has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of offshore marine logistics group Ezion Holdings. As part of the share-lending agreement, Chan’s stake decreased to 4.48 per cent from 19.9 per cent.
Ezra Holdings also decreased its equity stake in Ezion when it divested 600 million shares in a series of transactions in the market. Ezra’s shareholding has gone down to 40 million shares or 5.0 per cent of Ezion’s outstanding shares.
Elsewhere, Andrew Roach Reddy, was awarded around 506 million shares of China-based silk manufacturer Asia Silk Holdings. Reddy, currently a director of Asia Silk, now owns 23.42 per cent of the group.
Meanwhile, Kwan Chee Seng bought an additional 40 million shares at S$0.06 each in Sitra Holdings. Kwan’s new shareholdings now total 47.462 million shares, equivalent to 23.97 per cent equity stake in Sitra.
